# 10x Genomics

Partek Flow offers a number of tools developed by 10x Genomics that can be used for analyzing single cell RNA-seq Gene Expression (GEX), [Targeted Gene Expression](https://support.10xgenomics.com/single-cell-gene-expression/software/pipelines/latest/what-is-targeted), [Feature Barcode](https://support.10xgenomics.com/single-cell-gene-expression/software/pipelines/latest/feature-bc), and [Cell Multiplexing](https://support.10xgenomics.com/single-cell-gene-expression/software/pipelines/latest/what-is-cellplex), Spatial Gene Expression, and data produced by the 10x Chromium Platform. It includes the Cell Ranger - Gene Expression, Cell Ranger - ATAC, and Space Ranger tasks listed below. Note that these tools are provided for analysis with data generated using 10x Genomics’ assays only.
